Once we sent out all the documents (the list of documents required was so small for us) - we got a confirmation for wedding in sevaral day already! See below for the respond. Wouldn't recommend. Our experience wasn't the greatest. We didn't get professional help, not answering texts for weeks is normal for them. We got false information about the check list for the wedding. Unfortunately there's nothing positive for us to say about their service. We had to find another agency very last minute and thankfully they were able to help us within a week. Once again, we would not recommend elena's services. RESPOND TO ELENA: First of all, we signed the power of attorney which you sent us and sent it back to your email, doesn't it mean we were your clients? Second of all, I texted you where I asked you two questions and also informed you that I have sent you some documents to your email address and asked you to check them and let me know if everything was correct to which you responded \okay\ after a MONTH, without answering my questions. Not very professional, and you say that you respond within 24 hours which was not the case obviously. We spent 600 trying to get a current marital status declaration in Russia from Canada for my now wife who is a Russian citizen but lives in Canada because you told us that it has to be from a russian notary but apparently you are not professional enough to know that a current marital status declaration from a Canadian notary would be enough. We found a better agency who helped us, who charged a lot less than you would charge us and they were answering all of our questions within minutes. Also we got approved within 4 days. You obviously do not care for your clients, at least you did not care about us, that is why you received the feedback that you received. Thank you and have a good day. :)
